CYRK Building

The CYRK is a LEED Platinum certified building, designed to create a sustainable live / work space in a walkable SE Portland neighborhood. Our mission was to maximize the potential of the outdoor living space off of the residential portion of the building.

Custom ipe benches and planters connected by geometric paving and spaced concrete allow flow through the space. Softscaping included low maintenance ground cover and heavily utilized drought tolerant plant material. Steel edging and mixed gravel defined the spaces, and custom wood fence and welded wire steel green screens finished off this relaxing outdoor space.
